Semen / Embryo Storage

Capital Genetics provides clients with a range of options for storing frozen semen and embryos.

Clients can retain material in their own tanks and have them stored and maintained at our facility or have material stored in tanks owned by Capital Genetics.

Tanks undergo bi-weekly inspections and are filled with liquid nitrogen when required. Audits are conducted quarterly unless otherwise requested by clients.

Capital Genetics caters to ‘all livestock and companion animals’ and is capable of storing frozen semen and embryos from bovine (cattle), equine (horse), ovine (sheep), camelids (alpaca/llama), canine (dog) and feline (cat) to name a few.

Monthly storage fees apply.
